The Role This team is one of the best-known and highly regarded in Scotland. Proactively advising clients on offers, guiding them through purchase and sale processes, title examinations and drafting legal documentation will all be independently undertaken by the successful applicant. You will help individuals conclude missives, and liaise with other solicitors and banks to ensure transactions run as smoothly as possible, all while providing a professional and proactive service. As a Legal Director in this highly regarded team, you will play a pivotal role in managing your own diverse caseload while actively contributing to the department’s growth and strategic direction. Your leadership will extend to participating in departmental business meetings and shaping its future success.
