As a Senior Associate/Legal Director, you will play a critical role in leading complex pensions matters, advising on scheme governance, funding, regulatory compliance, risk management, and transactional support.Qualifications:

• England & Wales qualified solicitor (or a Commonwealth jurisdiction) with 5-12 years’ PQE gained in a leading Pensions team.
• Strong experience advising on pensions law, including scheme governance, liability management, and regulatory compliance.
• A stable career record and excellent academic background.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and advise on strategic pensions matters.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
