An expanding prominent global law firm are now seeking a Legal PA to support in their banking and finance team. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a global power house supporting key Partners within the firm!!

• Salary up to £54,000
• Hybrid working: 4/1

Key responsibilities:

• Inbox management.
• Diary management, scheduling client and internal meetings across multiple time zones.
• Preparing and organising meeting materials.
• Domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Processing expenses.
• Supporting with recording fee earner time entry.
• Conflict checks and opening new files.
• Supporting the accounts team with billing.
• Assisting with document production.

To be considered:

• Prior experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA in a city law firm.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Flexible, adaptable and able to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Expected salary

£50000 per year
