SECRETARY/LEGAL ASSISTANTCONVEYANCINGPORTSMOUTHSALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING UPON EXPERIENCEMy client are a reputable and busy Portsmouth Office that are looking for either a Legal Secretary, Assistant or a Paralegal to join their hard working team.The Paralegal would typically undertake the following tasks:- supporting the team with clients, lenders, agents and other solicitors. Carrying out and reporting on searches, preparing bills and completion statements. Using Proclaim to generate either standard letters and documents. Depending on level would depend as to whether they would be able to deal with enquiries coming in or whether they would still need them to be dictated at the outset.
