Our client is looking for two Legal Secretaries – one in the court team and one in the conveyancing teamPrepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, pleadings, and court filingsManage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for attorneysFile legal documents with courtsMaintain and organize legal files, records, and databases in both physical and digital formatsAnswer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriatelyTrack deadlines and ensure timely submissions of legal documentsPerform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and ordering office suppliesAssist with time entry and billing processes, as neededPerth Great firmAn experienced Legal Secretary They have two roles – one in Family Law / Courtone in ConveyancingA leading firmA competitive salary and great benefits
