Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Legal Support II based in Seattle, WA. The role is primarily within the regulatory intelligence, safety, and compliance function of the legal industry. The successful candidate will be involved in navigating complex product regulations and implementing related compliance actions. This role will involve both independent and team work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Navigate and understand complex product regulations and develop and implement related compliance actions.

• Collaborate with legal and business teams on proposed actions.

• Coordinate across multiple teams to implement processes and policies that effectuate proposed actions.

• Maintain strong organizational skills and manage multiple internal and external escalations.

• Use strong oral and written communication capabilities to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

• Conduct research, and analyze and synthesize federal and state regulations.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changes quickly while meeting deadlines.

• Maintain exceptional follow through and attention to detail.

• Utilize data-driven decision-making experience to make informed decisions.

• Demonstrate proficiency in operations, policy, compliance, research, and project management.

Requirements • Significant experience in legal documentation and operations.

• Strong understanding of legal policies, compliances, and regulations, including local regulations.

• Proven ability in conducting research, research analysis, and synthesizing information.

• Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proficient in providing workstation support.

• Exceptional decision-making skills.

• Excellent written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer) systems.

• Outstanding organizational skills.
