We are working with an elite US law firm on a senior-level position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team in the London office. Their work spans leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, refinancings, restructurings, and direct lending transactions. The practice is particularly known for advising on some of the most high-profile sponsor-led financings in the market.This position is ideally suited to a senior associate with significant experience in Leveraged Finance who is ready to step into a leadership role. You will have the opportunity to lead on transactions, manage client relationships, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to the team’s ongoing growth.You will benefit from extensive client exposure, direct access to market-leading partners, and the chance to work on the most sophisticated financings in Europe.
