• Minimum of a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Pennsylvania BCBA Licensure

Merakey is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our school program in Scranton, PA.

This is an excellent opportunity for a BCBA seeking a flexible, part-time schedule during school hours with a low student caseload and strong collaboration with educational staff.

Location: Scranton, PA
Compensation: $55.19/hour

No evenings. No weekends. No home visits.

What You’ll Do

• Provide school-based ABA services

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Monitor student progress and analyze behavioral data

• Train and support teachers and staff on ABA strategies

• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and school leadership

• Maintain documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, education, or related field
