United Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Family Practice Oxford department at UHS Primary Care Oxford in Oxford, NY. This position is benefits eligible.

Overview

A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides skilled nursing care tasks and procedures under the direction of an RN, nurse practitioner, clinical nurse specialist, physician, or other authorized health care provider.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• Minimum Required:
• Graduated an accredited school of Practical Nursing
• Preferred:
• N/A

License/Certification

• Minimum Required:
• Current New York State Practical Nurse License, a Limited Permit, or ability to practice within the 90 day grace period allowed by New York State guidelines
• Preferred:
• Basic Skills Certifications (CPR)
