Job Description:

• Administers nursing care within the scope of practice as defined by Division (F) of Section 4723.01 of the Ohio Revised Code, under the direction of registered nurses, licensed physicians, dentists, podiatrists, optometrists, or chiropractors.
• Maintains medication accountability records:
• Provides general nursing, direct care, and programming assistance:
• Supports lower-level direct care staff by providing guidance, orientation, and training:
• Manages medical supplies and administrative tasks:

Licensure Requirements:

• LPN License
• BLS/ CPR Certificate
