Job Highlights

Qualifications

• MS LPN License
• 6 months of experience required
• BLS (hands-on)
• TB test

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, record patient histories, and assist with basic physical assessments under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer prescribed medications and injections, monitor for side effects, and document all treatments accurately.
• Assist with minor procedures such as wound care, specimen collection, immunizations, and dressing changes.
• Provide patients with instructions on medications, treatments, and follow-up care, reinforcing provider guidance.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic health system and coordinate communication between patients, providers, and other healthcare staff.
