The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Graduate from an accredited practical/vocational nursing program
• Current license as an LPN in the Commonwealth of PA
• 2 years of nursing experience preferred
• 1 year of mental health nursing
• 1 year in a medical facility preferred

We are seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in our Philadelphia, PA location.

This role is PRN (on-call) as needed.

Position Details

The LPN will be working in a Long-Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility, with individuals with a mental illness.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Administer medications
• Monitor vital signs
• Assess for physical illnesses
• Educate residents on healthy living and medication use
• Oversee the medical health and safety of individuals living in Philadelphia residential sites.

This community-based position requires use of your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license
