Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Skilled Nursing | The Alice Center

Hours & Pay: 80 hours per pay period, 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., every other weekend scheduled. Up to $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 months (12-month commitment).

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care to residents during day shifts, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medications, monitoring health, and maintaining a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment. Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.

Requirements

• Current New York State LPN license

• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

• experience in long-term care preferred but not required
