LICSW Clinical Supervisor – Hybrid

<div class="isg-job-description“>CARE Counseling, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a LICSW Clinical Supervisor to join our team in Mankato, MN.
This hybrid position requires working four days/week in office and offers flexibility in the number of billable hours/total hours worked per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
 

• Provide treatment for mental health conditions using various approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and other evidence-based methods
• Systematically track treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and treatment side effects or complications
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Support colleagues as a subject matter expert, providing explanations & guidance to others on the most complex/critical issues
• Serve as a leader among the clinical team, providing recommendations for improvement and mentoring other clinicians

Required Qualifications:
 

• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Behavioral Science/related field (Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, education, etc.)
• Active, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the state of Minnesota
• Licensed Supervisor – Board approval to supervise Mental Health Practitioners and Clinical Trainees
• 2+ years of experience in a Licensed Mental Health Professional role
