YS Financial Group is looking for top tier sales people who are self motivated, self managing, and don’t need their hand held.
Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money that they are so desperate
• Agents who CAN’T buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way
• Not looking for people who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• An agent who is competent, speaks well, and can communicate effectively.
• An agent who doesn’t need to be motivated, you are ready to follow a system that already works

We are NOT your traditional life insurance agency.

We work with a multitude of carriers throughout the US and we do 100% of our business through virtual sales (telephone and/or Zoom) meetings.
Our average agent spends on $1,000 to $ 1,500 a week on leads to write anywhere between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

 

We are NOT looking to lead assist program anyone.
We have high starting contracts in place.
We have a proven training system that you can plug into.
We have a trusted lead source that all our high end agents are running on.
We just need more agents.
