Litigation Legal Assistant – Paid Parking!

<div class="isg-job-description“>Our client is looking to add an experienced Litigation Assistant to their well-established team.  This highly regarded, and successful firm has high standards for their work product, commitment to their clients and appreciation for their employees.  Salary range $65,000 – $72,000 depending on experience, with bonus potential, paid parking and a fantastic benefits package! 
Responsibilities will include –

• Drafting, formatting and editing legal correspondence
• Preparing and managing detailed contracts
• Maintaining client files, filing court documents and document management
• Preparing attorney billing documents
• Scheduling appointments and meetings
• Extensive client and vendor contact
• Assist with trial preparation

Candidates must possess solid legal experience, knowledge working with legal contracts, advanced Microsoft Suite, outstanding communication skills, a proactive work style, and high level of professional savvy.  Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
