Live Games Supervisor – 1FT

Main Duties:
Reporting to the Casino Shift Manager, this position ensures that Casino guests have an exceptional entertainment experience by supervising Live Games department staff and activities. The position also has a strong emphasis on risk management and game protection, by monitoring game play for discrepancies or deviations from procedure.Responsibilities include: Monitoring Live Games operations, with scrupulous attention to ensuring fair and clean games. Communicating policies, procedures and standards to staff. Assisting department management with staffing and performance management. Carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks as directed by the Casino Shift Manager. Creating, distributing and revising staff schedules to meet operational needs and control costs. Participating in other projects and activities as required, to ensure the Casino’s Live Games players have an exceptional entertainment experience.Conditions of Employment
