Apply today!Job DetailsThis role is in support of Cencora’s third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.Join our team at Cencora Alloga, a leading global pharmaceutical solutions organisation dedicated to improving the lives of people and animals.Job responsibilities:To be responsible for the preparation and accurate vehicle loading for all aspects of the loading operation in order that orders are delivered on time and in full and that all orders are transferred between warehouses in an accurate and timely manner, therefore meeting the requirements of Alloga UK.Location: Derby, DE55 2JX, site AP5Hours: 40 hours per weekRate of Pay: £12.40 per hourShift times: Monday to Friday 0600-1400 /1400-2200 Rotating ShiftsKey TasksTo ensure that cold-chain and controlled drug disciplines are adhered to at all timesTo ensure that any errors identified during load assembly are recorded and fed back to the Loading Supervisor or Loading Team LeaderTo communicate effectively with the loading team and other departmentsTo ensure of complete and accurate scanning of orders for the load and checking content against the final shipped load sheetTo ensure that all loading, transport, driver and customer documentation is completed accurately and in fullTo ensure that all POD’s raised for collection vehicles are completed in full by the driverTo adhere to Department of Transport regulations for Air Freight Security.What we are looking for!Previous experience working in a warehouse.An understanding of Air Freight Security RegulationsQualified in ROPTExperienced in operating an RDTCompetenciesPC LiterateTeam WorkingExcellent CommunicatorPersonal AttributesFlexible approach to workPunctual with a good work ethic and attendance recordAble to work quickly and accuratelyConfident, enthusiastic with good interpersonal skillsUses initiative and judgement effectively to make correct decisionsHonest and open approachWhat Cencora offersBenefit offerings outside the US may vary by country and will be aligned to local market practice.
