Title: Loan IQ Implementation Consultant

Job Type: Fulltime/Contract on W2

Duration: 24 Months

Locations: Charlotte,NC (Hybrid 3 days onsite, 2 days remote )

As a Loan IQ Implementation Consultant, you will:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to resolving complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Ability to strategically create effective readiness implementation plans to execute across multiple business groups to deliver change.
• Experience collaborating and consulting when developing and executing plans, including training, system access, communication, and procedures, ensuring alignment with project teams.
• Strong assessment skills to ensure impacted areas are prepared for change.
• Ability to work independently, make recommendations, provide support, and drive execution with clear, concise planning.
• Capability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities and leading discussions to achieve consensus and commitment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• LoanIQ implementation experience for the LIQ conversion.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: Between $55- $60per hour>

• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
