Loan Operations Representative

• Ideal candidate will be supporting Loans related to mortgages and another will be supporting heloc consumer loans team.
• Loan Service experience would be ideal.
• Loan servicing related to mortgage.
• Attention to detail.
• Decisioning loan experience.
• Ability to deliverables, quality of work.

Responsibilities:

• Relocating funds that have been rejected by the system and were not able to be processed.
• G/L accounting, processing rejected payments for heloc/ consumer side.

Must Have:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Administrative experience.
• MS office experience.
• Loan experience, Credit knowledge or mortgages experience.
• Working heloc loans / consumer loans nice to have.
• Strong Customer Service Skills.

education:

• High School Diploma.
