Local Authority Locum Planning LawyerDuration: 3 months with the possibility of extension.Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting on behalf of our local authority client for the recruitment of an experienced planning lawyer.Duties will include:

• Drafting and negotiating s106 agreements
• Planning and enforcement advice
• Advising on highways law
• Advising on certificates of lawful use
• Attendance at Committees once a month in Somerset
