Job Description:

Seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Operation Staff to support import logistics, freight coordination, and compliance activities. Ideal for candidates with strong communication skills and a background in global logistics operations.

Role & Responsibilities:

Coordinate import logistics and ensure compliance with customs and regulations.
Develop and maintain SOPs to meet customer and operational standards.
Obtain and provide competitive pricing for ocean, air, and ground freight.
Build strong relationships with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Track performance through KPIs and work to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle ad-hoc reports and assist with operational documentation.
Address and resolve shipment and freight issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of warehouse systems (WMS) is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
