– Permanent full time position Monday to Friday
– Office located in Vaudreuil, free parking, newly renovated office
– 100% on site, no remote work
– Base salary negotiable + commission structure
– Benefit package 50% covered by employer
– 3 weeks vacation and paid birthday off
– Commissions for all employees on accounts brought in

– Generate sales leads by inside sales networking, cold-calling prospects, and building relationships as part of a coordinated sales strategy;
– Maintain relationships with existing clientele and build business internally;
– Ensure new customers and business is fostered;
– Partnering with internal operations/functional teams to create solutions based on customer needs to ensure logistics are being managed
– Create sales strategies by gathering market information, analyzing opportunities, and documenting sales methodology;
– Responding to client prospect inquiries by preparing responses to requests for proposals (RFP-s) and requests for quotations (RFQ-s);
– Prepare presentations and deliver to prospective clients.Qualifications
– A book of business in the industry is required
– Strong customer service skills and negotiations skills
– Passion for transport industry, strong work ethic and a drive to succeed
– Organized, detail-oriented
– Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment;
– Fully bilingual (English/French, written/spoken)Summary
