– Permanent part time position, flexible days (3 days a week, 8 hours a day)
– Must be available for vacation replacements (Monday to Friday) a few times a year
– Salary ranges between 22-23$/h

– Help with the end-to-end logistics needs for the clients shipment requests for imports and exports
– Help with the relations with customers and transporter companies
– Answer to quotes and rates requests, using negotiation skills
– Stay on-top of delivery statuses, track and trace, proactively communicate update with customers
– Support with preparation and completion of shipping documents / customs
– Maintain positive relationships with all customers, carriers and customs brokerages
– Anticipate customer needs and facilitate resolutionsQualifications
– Experience Freight Forwarding is an asset
– Advanced English communication skills, French is an asset
– Dynamic, multitasking, sense of urgency, team player
– Strong communication, organization skills and attention to detail
