– Permanent full time or part-time position, flexible based on individuals availability
– Must be available for rotation on after-hours and weekends
– Weekends is on-call, must be available for emergencies
– Ability to work from home
– Base salary negotiable depending on experience
– Commissions on bookings for after-hours / weekends

– Organizing operations and handle all request for over the road shipments (full truck load, LTL, oversized, etc)
– Taking responsibility and performing tasks related to all moves for accounts assigned to you
– Carrier relations and to negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment
– Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients
– Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
– Support with custom clearances (available after-hours / weekend on-call)
– Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properlyQualifications
– 1 year experience in 3PL or brokerage industry
– Hard worker who is reliable and enjoys getting the job done
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Organized, detail-oriented – excellent follow-up skills are essential
– Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment;
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills
– English is required, French, Punjabi, Hindi and Spanish is an assetSummary
