Logistics Execution Clerk 2nd Shift – Ashland

This role is responisible for scheduling and sequencing daily Shipping and Receiving requirements for the order fulfillment process.

• Receives and enters receipts in current inventory system in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
• Schedules, coordinates, and verifies the quality of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Maintain vendor compliance records.
• Processes all paperwork for Accounts Payable (AP) and performs data entry as needed.
• Process shipping documents, updates information systems, and files shipping and receiving documents.
• Maintain accurate inventories for all warehouse operations through accurate data entry.
• Updates shipping and receiving schedules.
• Schedules movement of material from outside warehouses.
• Process inbound and outbound Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) notifications to and from suppliers.
• Processes and finalizes outbound shipment orders.
• Purchase order delay communications and data entry to necessary departments as needed.
• Investigates receipt discrepancies as needed.
• Assists all inbound and outbound customers at driver arrival window.
• Generates special Bill of Ladings (BOLs) needed for outbound shipments.
• Updates data tracking spreadsheets for department traceability.
• Combines deliveries or shipments for reduction of order processing cost and freight expenses.
• Communicates timely and relays accurate information to peers, carriers and customers as needed.

High School graduate with one to two years experience in a team-based environment. Experience and skills in Shipping, Receiving, or General Warehouse.
