position OVERVIEW
Hannibal is seeking a Logistics Supervisor (Team Leader) to provide logistics leadership to deliver a world-class operation. Logistics Supervisors lead, motivate, and develop employees to achieve outstanding manufacturing results, while leveraging Continuous Improvement (Lean/TPM) tools, improving individual skills, and enhancing teamwork.
This position will work a 12.5 hour 2-2-3 work schedule from 5:30 am to 6:00 pm.
The leader in this role will have primary accountability for safety, process rigor, training, and direction setting for their team to ensure excellent service to the production departments. The expectation will be to become familiarized with the full logistics operation.

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $70100.00 – $105200.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee’s pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
