Position Summary:
The LPN Physician Practice, provides direct and indirect patient care, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Minimum Requirements

Required Education:

Graduate of a school of nursing is required

Required License:

Licensed Practical Nurse is required

Required Certification:

American Heart Association BLS required
