Summary of Job Duties:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Texarkana, AR. This role involves close collaboration with Resident Physicians to ensure exceptional patient care and efficient clinic operations. The LPN will assist with patient preparation, clinical procedures, and administrative tasks, all while maintaining a patient-centered approach. This position must be able to perform all duties of the Licensed Practical Nurse and perform other duties to support the patient care activities as needed.Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

• High School, GED, or formal educational equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program.
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in a clinical environment with direct patient care
• Current Arkansas Licensed Practical Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is required.
• Strong clinical expertise and technique.
• Problem-solving skills
• Attention to communication, oral, written, and persuasive.
• Must be able to build collaborative relationships.
• Possess personal credibility.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Working knowledge of computer equipment, applications, office machines, including printers, fax machines, and scanners.
• Professional and courteous telephone etiquette.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
• Good working knowledge of the state immunization registry, care manager, PCMH experience, and care management experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of work experience in pediatrics
