Shift: 1st or 3rd
Hours: 4:30am – 2:30pm (Monday – Thursday) or 9:30pm – 5:30am (Sunday – Thursday)

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
– Operate machines and tools to meet production standards
– Assemble outdoor power equipment using hand and power tools
– Adhere to standard work procedures to ensure consistent quality
– Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
– Assist team members in other areas when needed to meet targets
– Engage in problem-solving to address any production issues
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
– Maintain clean and safe work environment
Requirements for Machine Operator:
– Ability to stand for 10 hours and perform repetitive tasks
– Physically capable of bending, twisting, turning and performing tasks above the head
– Ability to lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies
– Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to use hands in a fast-paced assembly process
– Capable of adhering to strict standard work procedures and safety protocols
– A team player with strong communication skills and a desire for personal growth
