This is a night shift position. Hours are 7pm to 7am working a 2-2-3 schedule.

How You’ll Perform the Role

We’re looking for Experienced Industrial Machine Operators for several different positions. We have Extrusion Operators, Press Operators, and Slitter Operators. Do you have related experience or the ability to learn? Come join our team!

Essential duties:

• Produce & pack quality product at target machine speeds using safe work practices.
• Read, understand, and correctly complete daily paperwork.
• Read & understand Production Order Packet (POP); prepare all machine components for production.
• Complete set-up and/or change over activities with minimal assistance in allotted time.
• Participate in Preventative Maintenance Activities as assigned.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Complete assigned duties in compliance with company policies & procedures.
• Actively engage in safety programs.
• Assist other team members as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned or needed.

What We Need From You

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
• Ability to work 12 hour day or night shift
• Work overtime as required
• Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with our without accommodation
