What You’ll Do –
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and at quality standards. Responsibilities include:
* Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment
* Performing machine setup and changeovers
* Reading and following work orders and production specifications
* Completing quality checks and required production documentation
* Troubleshooting basic machine or quality issues
* Understanding machine components including rollers, knives, webs, and unwind systems
* Supporting startup, shutdown, and shift change procedures
* Maintaining a safe and organized work area
* Producing quality product that meets customer specifications
What We’re Looking For
Successful candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and motivated to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred qualifications include:
* Previous machine operator experience in manufacturing
* Experience working from raw material through finished product production
* Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
* Ability to perform machine-specific preventative maintenance tasks
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* At least 6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
* Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist
