Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Machine Operator for our local client in Victoria, TX.

Schedule & Incentive:

• Friday–Sunday, 10-hour shifts (total 36 hours)
• Incentive: If and only if you work all three shifts in full (on time, no leaving early), you’ll be paid for 40 hours instead of 36.
• Perform moderate lifting, stand for prolonged periods, stoop, and engage in repeated bending.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Machine Operator in a similar capacity is a plus.
• Ability to read a measuring tap.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Understanding of burn tables, python, saws, analemmatic, manual shear, manual punch, camber machine, bending machine, and related equipment or ability to learn quickly.
