MAINTENANCE

Responsible for upkeep of front and backyards.

Maintains facility exterior and interior including painting, floors, windows, locks, etc.

Disposes of bulk garbage.

Performs minor household repairs.

Routinely completes facility safety inspections.

Maintains records on household maintenance supplies.

Any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications – External

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

GED or HS Diploma preferred.

Must posses the training and skills necessary to perform the required duties.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Light to moderate lifting.

Valid NYS Driver’s License required
