We currently have openings for FULL TIME Maintenance Assistant. The successful qualified candidate will be part of an incredible team that helps to insure the building structure and appearance is of the highest standard.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work as a motivated team member to guarantee the exceptional in maintaining all physical assets of the facility
• Perform regular general service and repair
• Take the initiative to go above and beyond to maintain an extraordinarily facility
• Be friendly in nature and open to meeting new people

Qualifications and Skills

We are seeking team members who have the following qualifications and skills:

• Previous building maintenance experience of 2 years or more
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Some electrical, plumbing, concrete and general carpentry experience
• Shows initiative in daily work
• Drywall and remodel experience preferred
