Maintenance Manager

• Lead and develop maintenance and engineering teams across multiple facilities.
• Drive equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Oversee installation, testing, qualification, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment.
• Manage facility maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and grounds).
• Plan & execute capital equipment and facility improvement projects.
• Coordinate contractors/vendors, and service providers ensuring quality & cost-effectiveness
• Develop budgets, project timelines, facility layouts, and equipment specifications.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DNR, and other regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate performance, provide coaching and training, and support employee development.
• Partner with cross functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Journeyman Machinist Certification a PLUS
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety programs
• 8+ years of management experience in a CNC machining or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management, manufacturing engineering, facilities management, and capital projects.
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting expertise.
• Ability to make sound decisions independently in both routine and emergency situations.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Experience with ISO 9001 standards, corrective actions, SPC, and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications.
