Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic for a trusted company in Hawaii’s industrial equipment industry for over 35 years. If you have hands-on mechanical skills and a passion for troubleshooting, this is your chance to work with a respected, family-owned company serving commercial, industrial, and military clients.
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment such as air compressors, boilers, pumps, hoists, and cranes.
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Assist with equipment installation and setup.
- Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot on-site.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure OSHA compliance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or mechanical repair.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, pumps, compressors, and cranes.
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Welding and fabrication (ASME code welding a plus).
- Boiler and burner service experience.
- Electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
