Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Planner
We are hiring a Maintenance Planner to take charge of developing and managing preventive maintenance plans for our production and facility equipment. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with technicians, supervisors, and vendors to efficiently prioritize maintenance work while upholding strict food safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage preventive maintenance programs for all equipment
- Coordinate daily and long-term maintenance work with internal teams and external vendors
- Ensure maintenance efforts meet food safety, quality, and compliance guidelines
- Accurately track maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory in the CMMS
- Manage spare parts stock for both scheduled and emergency repairs
Core Skills:
- Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and general industrial maintenance
- Familiarity with pneumatics and mechanical systems
- Skilled in planning tools and maintenance scheduling software
- Ability to manage work orders and diagnose PLC issues
- Understanding of steam systems, high-speed production equipment, and packaging machinery
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of maintenance planning or coordination experience, ideally in food or manufacturing
- Proficient in CMMS platforms like SAP, MP2, or eMaint
- Working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and industry-related food safety protocols

Work Setting:
This is a day shift role based in a climate-controlled food production environment. Proper PPE—hair nets, beard nets if applicable, gloves, and safety footwear—is required to maintain hygiene and safety.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 – $100000.00/yr.
