OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to lead all maintenance operations during the 2nd shift at our East Point Distribution Center. This role oversees the full range of facility maintenance responsibilities, including building operations, conveyor systems, janitorial services, and general housekeeping.

Location: East Point Distribution Center

Shift: 2nd Shift jobs-near-me.org Monday–Friday (Overnight)

Occasional Saturday availability may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on leadership and technical support to maintenance technicians and janitorial staff
• Manage spare parts inventory to support operational efficiency
• Execute and maintain the preventative maintenance program
• Ensure full compliance with all safety procedures and protocols

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate’s degree or a two-year technical degree preferred
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in industrial maintenance
• Hands-on experience with conveyor systems
• Background in a manufacturing or distribution environment
