Job Description:
As a Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the upkeep of our buildings and production equipment. This role is responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and efficient, while also assisting with maintenance of manufacturing machinery.

Job Description:
As a Facilities & Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the upkeep of our buildings and production equipment. This role is responsible for keeping facilities safe, functional, and efficient, while also assisting with maintenance of manufacturing machinery.
Essential functions

* Ensure all safety instructions and procedures are always followed
* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, and basic carpentry.
* Address facility needs such as unclogging/fixing toilets, changing light fixtures and bulbs, and repairing doors, flooring, or minor structural issues.
* Conduct regular inspections to identify facility and equipment maintenance needs, safety hazards, or repair requirements.
* Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance on production machinery and mechanical systems.
* Respond to maintenance requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with property management or outside vendors for specialized repairs.
* Maintain cleanliness and order in mechanical rooms, storage areas, and shop floor spaces.
* Support janitorial and groundskeeping tasks between vendor visits.
* Participate in emergency response protocols and building safety drills.
* Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, and workspace setup.
* Serve as backup for other maintenance team members as needed.
