Shift Schedule: 1st shift (8am – 5pm, would sometimes be required to come on a Saturday)

Essential Areas of Responsibility:

• Responsible for maintaining building facilities in excellent GMP conditions and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Responsible for maintaining work areas and performing job functions in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Batch Record instructions.
• Maintain best service by managing contractor’s service contracts including but not limited to: pest control, landscaping, waste management, uniforms, facilities cleaning, car fleet, etc.
• Execute all preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Close and file completed work orders on monthly basis.
• Liaison for problem solving with both management and service providers.
• Evaluates inventories and request material, etc. in order to effectively carry out the department’s function.
