Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring positions, repositioning components, and observing operations, vibrations, and noise levels.
• Perform emergency/breakdown maintenance as necessary to support plant operations.
• Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, steam system, and other repairs and installations as needed.
• Safely operate the boiler, and maintain adequate operating steam pressure (> 180 PSI).

Essential Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.
• experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and blueprints, including German prints.
• PLC troubleshooting and control.
• Experience working with 480 volt systems.
• Experience with Frequency Drives (VFDs).
• Installation and repair of conveyors and motors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 5 plus years of experience in maintenance roles.
• Ability to perform duties with or without accommodation.
• Ability to accurately use and read a variety of measuring devices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $67746.00 – $67746.00/yr.

Pay increases once you are checked off on current machine

Tech 1- $32.57 throught tech 5 -$39
