Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Technician

Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance both in and around the plant and its grounds. You will respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and develop a thorough understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and standards. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency in navigating a PC to track and document work orders and parts inventory.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in and around the plant and plant grounds.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns.
• Learn and understand TPM methodologies and standards.
• Navigate a PC to track and document work orders and parts inventory.
• Organize the tool room and maintenance break room/training area.

Essential Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting
• Mechanical knowledge
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Repair and preventive maintenance
• PLC troubleshooting
• Industrial maintenance repair

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 – $62400.00/yr.
