Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for both preventative and reactionary maintenance on various machines. This role involves mechanical work such as swapping out and rebuilding hydraulic cylinders, changing and programming switches, and troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic cylinders. Additionally, the technician must be able to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to troubleshoot electrical components, primarily ranging from 24v to 380v.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and reactionary maintenance on machinery.
• Swap out and rebuild hydraulic cylinders.
• Change and program switches.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic cylinders.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Diagnose and repair AC/DC motors.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Essential Skills

• Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
• Mechanical repair and maintenance
• Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Capability to become CEW certified

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting experience, particularly with Allen Bradley
• Understanding of PLC inputs and outputs
• Experience with plastic injection processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 – $72800.00/yr.
