Normandy Farms Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Maintenance Technician (Skilled) position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Blue Bell, PA.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Wednesday-Friday: 10:30am-7pm, Saturday-Sunday: 7:30am-4pm, on call rotation & assists with campus emergencies as needed.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing assigned work orders by applying general knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Supports the preventative maintenance schedule.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of technical maintenance experience
• General mechanical knowledge in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance
• EPA Certification for HVAC is required
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license

$20.19 – $24.48 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
