Duration: 3+ Months contract
Pay Rate: $18/hour on w2 without benefits
Location:  Little Rock, AR 72204
Shift: 8am to 5pm 
Job Description:

• Perform general maintenance assistance for preventative, routine, and special projects (i.e., move-in, move-out) for residential facilities managed by Campus Living.
• Monitor daily exterior litter and trash for all residential facilities and coordinate removal.
• May perform manual labor that uses both hand and power tools for repairs.
• Assist with coordinating all grounds care for vacant rental properties to provide upkeep.
• Assist with reviewing and recording daily work orders.
• Perform light grounds work at the residential facilities, such as the overgrowth of shrubs, etc.
• May move furniture and appliances, and assemble furniture.
• Assist with maintaining all dumpster sites for repair and maintenance.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks within established time frames.
• Ensure excellent customer service to all UA Little Rock residents, students, faculty, staff, parents, and guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
