Major Account Manager – Team Foodservice

The Account Manager, Hospitality will be driving sales for the foodservice and entertainment group within the hospitality group at Infor. Typical customers would include foodservice management customers, venue management customers, and convention center customers. You will establish resellers if appropriate while growing bookings for the business unit.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

• Working with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create appropriate solution to meet their business needs.
• Articulate the Infor value proposition and successfully communicate the competitive advantages, resources and processes to client and prospects.
• Developing compelling value propositions based on ROI cost/benefit analysis.
• Developing customer account strategies and tactical go-to-market plans while establishing, documenting, and maintaining follow-up procedures for all assigned account.
• Working with the Account Managers to divide and conquer pipeline development, net new, upsell, and no customer left behind account strategies.
• Maintaining and achieving consistent quarterly quota.

Basic Qualifications:

• experience working in or for the hospitality industry.
• Experience selling point-of-sale hardware and point-of-sale software.
• Experience selling venues and sales and event management software.
• Experience establishing reseller network for hospitality-based hardware product suite.
• Experience managing multiple sales cycles.
• Experience developing business relationships with extended team members to drive sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hospitality Point-of-Sale, Kiosk, Tablet experience.
• Sales and Event Management Experience
• Experience working with stakeholders to include: Sales team, Consulting, Customer Success Group, Customer Support Group, Development, Marketing and Sales Management.
• Willingness to Travel. (Min. of 40%)
