Salary: Wages start at $41.62 an hour and the midpoint is $52.02 an hour. Increases are based years of experience in the field. Plus, you will earn extra shift differentials for swing, night, and weekend hours:

• $2.02 extra for working between 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• $4.50 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $1.87 extra for working weekends

Position Summary

The Mammography Tech at Asante’s Imaging Center performs various mammographic and radiographic procedures used in diagnosis and treatment of disease, requiring independent and professional judgment, according to established standards and practices. In this role, the Mammography Tech has responsibility for designated assignments and performs related work as required or requested. Duties are delegated in relation to the degree of training and in accordance with the policies of Asante and respective to state laws governing such action and activities.

What You Must Have

• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required upon start.
• Licensed in Radiography by the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) with certification in Mammography (M) required.
• If the license by the OBMI is in transition of renewal, the certification part of the license may need to be verified by the appropriate national agency: ARRT, ARDMS, ARMRIT, CCI or NMTCB.
• Bachelor’s degree in Radiology or equivalent, preferred.
