• Managing client relationships, providing industry insights across Chemicals industries. Writing and supporting client proposals and maintaining deep industry knowledge, thriving on continuous advancement.
• Constantly seeking innovation and advancement using Traditional and New Generation Digital and Cloud offerings to transform business operations.
• Developing new consulting business capabilities, focusing on Digital Transformation and Analytics in Commercial Excellence and Supply Chain within the Chemicals sector.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED: 

• Experience and interest in the Chemicals industry, with a good understanding of the value chain and business processes.
• Knowledge and experience in project management and change management for digital transformation projects.
• Interest in work related to IT and business process transformation, software implementation and experience in business function or e.g. SAP (S/4 Hana) technical role, functional role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with digital solutions like IoT, Cloud, Analytics and Visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau.
• Excellent English communication skills; adaptable and resilient in challenging environments and capable of working globally with onshore/offshore models, sensitive to diverse cultures and styles.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: 

• Experience working on various manufacturing scenarios like MTO, MTS, CBP.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, LeanKit, Planbox SAP Signavio, SAP S/4 Hana, SAP ECC or knowledge of Python, SQL and other programming.
• Knowledge of German, Spanish or French.
