Overview:

This is a Transportation Manager position to oversee the day to day operations of the Moses/CHAM campus.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure transport assignments are completed in a safe, timely, efficient manner by all messengers.
• Maintains all associates files to ensure compliance with JCAHO standards.
• Ensure departmental policy and procedure are updated.
• Ensure all transport equipment (stretchers and wheelchairs) are in good standing order
• Participates in the selection, counseling, evaluating and
• disciplining personnel.
• Utilizes effective communication skills in all interpersonal interactions with patients, visitors, physicians, colleagues and team members.
